Hoa Vàng Sticky Rice
Hoa Vang sticky rice is a famous glutinous rice variety in the Northern midlands and mountainous areas, with a growing season from May to October of the lunar calendar. The rice is called Hoa Vang sticky rice because at the time of flowering, the rice plants give yellow pollen instead of white flowers like other rice varieties. This is a very characteristic feature. Additionally, the rice grain is round, elongated, flatter, not crumbled, and doesn't turn yellow.
