Speciality Snack Giao Tien Village

Bánh Chông, a specialty cake of Giao Tien village, Xuan Thuy district, Nam Dinh. Banh Chong is prepared with cooked glutinous rice mixed with Gac fruit (momordica cochinchinensis). When the fruit is ripe, it is mixed with sugar and then grinded together with sticky rice. It is then pressed before being cut into a diamond-shaped piece like a dragon tree, with two pointed ends, from which the local people  called it Bánh Chông. The sweet, crunchy flavor of Banh Chong makes people crave for it all the time

• Sunflower Oil 5.3%
• Coconut oil 5.2%
• Sesame Oil 5%
• Herbal extract 0.1%
