- Use one teaspoon of arrowroot powder to thicken one cup of liquid.
- Mix with a little cold water before adding to a hot liquid. Use a 1-to-1 ratio when replacing cornstarch with arrowroot. Mix together one teaspoon of arrowroot, 1 Tbsp olive oil & ¼ cup water to make an egg replacement.
